MARK NUSSEY
LSSM Dip Level 5 Therapist/Level 4 Specialist Exercise Professional/ Member of the Sports Therapy Association.
After serving in the Royal Air Force for 13 years between 1986 and 1999 Mark became a fitness professional at Waterlane leisure centre. Between 1999 and 2006, Mark managed the fitness studio, delivered circuit training and Kick Boxercise classes. In 2005, he qualified as a phase 4 Cardiac Rehabilitation instructor and delivers, 2 sessions of Phase 3 Cardiac Rehab and 4 sessions of Phase 4 cardiac rehab every week (6 sessions at Waterlane Leisure Centre and 1 session at Oulton Community Centre).
Mark now specialises in a broad range of therapeutic treatments, in addition to offering personal and group fitness training. Find our more about treatments and services here.
Mark is also a competitive Ultra runner and Ironman triathlete.
Marks races have included 3 London Marathons, the Stour Valley 100km ultra, the 30th edition of the Marathon des Sable (a race across the Sahara Desert, the equivalent distance of 6 marathons in 6 days) the Lanzarote Ironman, the London to Brighton Ultra2018 and the Fire and Ice Ultra.
